CAPACITY BUILDING OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS:

• • EFHS has always been keen to enhance the knowledge and capacity of physicians and nurses in general and reproductive health, health education and adolescents’ health so as they will be capable of increasing health awareness and the provision of quality healthcare that meets the needs, particulars and expectations of the targeted populations,
  • The Society focuses on capacity building of recently graduated physicians and nurses as they are the most needy healthcare practitioners and more receptive to the humanitarian and progressive attitudes in the provision of quality healthcare Several workshops have been conducted to train healthcare providers from all governorates to make them able and willing to provide interactive and entertaining health education seminars in schools, provide information and counseling for the youth health hotline and youth-friendly clinics as well as be aware of adolescents’ health issues.
