- Hany is a graduate of the Cairo University with a major in Accounting, “Bachelor degree in Commerce -1994”. He is a fellow of the Egyptian Society of Taxation and a member of the Egyptian Society of Public Finance and Taxation.
- Throughout his career, he participated in various tax planning, tax evaluation and tax due diligence assignments. He has advised and helped several clients in mergers and acquisitions, starting from advising on the tax consequences, the preparation of the merger and/or acquisition report, managing the discussions with GAFI (General Authority For Investment) till finalizing the merger and/or acquisition approval.
- He has extensive experience in a wide variety of taxation, companies formations and payroll outsourcing as well as customs assignments in various industries including telecommunications, trading, manufacturing, constructions, pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries in Egypt.
