PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over 30 years of experience nationally and internationally in the field of development;
designing, managing and delivering training and research as well as technical assistance to
the private sector, government organizations and NGOs in Egypt and the Arab Region.
Major areas of experience include: organizational development, project management,
strategic planning, small project planning and implementation, gender, community
participation, changing values and attitudes, reproductive health, basic management, financial
management, fundraising, leadership, human resources, board development, supervision,
women development, advocacy, report writing, team building, communication and training of
trainers and community Health.
A non-exclusive list of development product delivery:
- Production of a series of video-taped training films and trainers manuals in the areas
of organizational development and management and financial management for NGOs. - Design and field-testing all education materials, developing communication strategie
- Directing qualitative and quantitative research projects in the fields of management,
women’s development, education, and Youth reproductive health, women and child
health, public attitudes toward change, attitudes of health professional and opinion
